Payment Policy

Today's Fashion Style, operated by ICARUS LLC, uses Shopify's secure checkout for every order.

Accepted payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. We only accept the methods shown there.

Currency

Prices for U.S. customers are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payment authorization

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the order total. Your order is confirmed once the payment is approved by your bank or payment provider.

Secure checkout

All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS–compliant checkout using SSL/TLS encryption. Today's Fashion Style does not see or store your full card details.

Billing details

Please make sure your billing name and address match those registered with your bank or payment provider. Mismatched details can cause a payment to be declined.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, check your payment details or contact your bank, then try again or use another payment method shown at checkout. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent; any amount charged for a cancelled order is fully refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
