Refund policy

Today's Fashion Style is operated by ICARUS LLC. We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

30-day return period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered;
  • in their original condition, with all original tags attached;
  • returned with proof of purchase (your order number).

Items clearly marked as Final Sale are not returnable. Items with hygiene restrictions are excluded only when this is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@todaysfashionstyle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original condition and ship it with a trackable service.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when you received the wrong item, a defective item, an item damaged on arrival, or when the error is ours. In those cases, Today's Fashion Style takes care of the appropriate solution.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@todaysfashionstyle.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. We will review your request and arrange the appropriate solution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted when the item meets the return conditions above and the product or size you want is available. Email us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order cancellations and changes

You can request to cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered processing or shipped. Address changes can be requested before your order is processed or shipped; once shipped, we cannot guarantee the change.
